God Is Already at Work

Reading: Joshua 2:1-11

Devotional: Before the spies ever crossed the Jordan River, God was already preparing Rahab's heart. Her confession in verse 11, "The Lord your God, He is God of the heavens above and on the earth beneath," reveals a faith that God had been cultivating long before human messengers arrived. This truth should transform how we view evangelism. We are not convincing people to believe; we are discovering where God is already working.

Reflection: Today, ask God to open your eyes to the divine appointments He has prepared for you. Someone in your path today may be like Rahab, waiting for you to arrive with the message of hope they've been prepared to receive. Stop assuming you know who is ready to hear about Jesus.
